Eyelashes and eyebrows tinted with RefectoCil simply look better! The lashes appear clearly longer and more voluminous, as the tinting accentuates the full length of the lashes faded by sun and water. Light brows can be accentuated by a dark tint; dark brows can be lightened to match dyed blond hair or to be co-ordinated in brightness and colour with any hair colour.

Liquid Peroxide for RefectoCil Eyelash and Eyebrow Tints.

RefectoCil Oxidant 3% liquid is a stabilised developer especially formulated to be used with RefectoCil eyelash and eyebrow tints.

To eliminate all traces of oil residue before use of eyelash perm or tint.  After application of conventional eye make up removers, usually oily residues remain on the upper eyelid and the eyelashes.  Therefore Refectocil recommends the upper eyelids and the eyelashes must be cleansed with Refectocil Saline Solution. 

Used to remove excess colour spots on the skin that can occur during the tinting of the eyebrows. Apply Immediately after or during tinting, dampen a cotton ball with the remover and gently rub the tint off. Do not directly apply on eyelashes or the skin close to the eyes as this may cause irritation.
